Why the POGO was made by the scammers?
Because Victor and Slater had stolen massive funds under the excumbent's time which is allocated for the infrastructure projects of the government!
They had used those funds for their own business ventures. When the law of supply & demand failed... they made a scheme thru gambling that scammed many people online! Just to buy their projects like condo units, etc...
Paid their past creditors for their old existing business loans..
Now... somebody made an audit about those funds released and projects under the government. They cannot find those projects because the funds had been used for private ventures!
