Why people pays triple or quadruple?

First payment for the corruption.
Second payment for the real fees.
Third payment for the profits of the so-called privilege!
Those who had corrupted the funds!
Why God is castigating them!
So how do we truly improve?
People here are so greedy because they are NOT creative and talented to make a better profit in their living!
They just copy and steal the livelihood of others!
