How do I view the practice of medicine on this soil under those goats?

It is not serving the people. They will kill those people who they would opt to die.
Why I admire the old Doctors (NOT goats) who were able to treat in good faith without any influence of corruption. They are staying true with their Hippocratic Oath!💫
