How is Mickey destroying me?

His approach is spying and stalking me. Once he sees the good management... he will bypass and befriend that person/leader... then he will destroy the good management through his lies.
So now why it is chaotic again!
Now he is demanding for a sum and power!
When he is NOT a hybrid. He is just stalking the hybrids and latter destroy the management and projects.
