is this me overthinking or is there some truth

i was thinking lately that if people in my local society know i'm on my own with a small support system, live alone and have a lot to handle and cope with mentally will that put women off wanting to know me?

my ultimate ambition is to find a partner, a girlfriend...but i have challenges, as i mostly always had in my adult life......should i just not care what people think?

I would assume that someone with probably little social life who is busy and also copes with mental issue has reduced chances of finding a mate just based on limited exposure and opportunity. In general it is not worthwhile worrying what others think since you can't please them all anyway. However, in order to attract a mate you should have some idea what are attractive /unattractive behaviors and attitudes. Best of luck 🤞
