Brutal Honesty Is The Best Policy

Never bullshit people to make them feel better about themselves, especially if you care about them & their situation. Tell them what you think they need to hear & be hard & direct about it. Doesn't matter how they react initially...most often, if they are listening & you are speaking the truth to them...they will come around.
