Today is the 9 year anniversary of when I started volunteering

I started on Monday 6 November 2017. I was 25 years old. It's helped me immensely, going from someone who can't make or answer phone calls or look people in the eye to being able to go up to people and start talking to them with some semblance of confidence. I'm currently the second longest serving volunteer at my CAB branch, with the only person who's been there longer having started when I was a year old lol
