It's just the way the world's overal condition has been declining since last decade or so. I think it won't stop going down hill anytime soon.

One way would be to chat and share our experiences. Try to offer comfort in letting others know they are not alone. That they have someone willing to listen and who might understand our struggles.

Because when we reach out a helping hand, we forget about own troubles for a while, and knowing we have eased a friend's burden makes us feel better.
