Not at all. Women are more capable of controlling their emotions. Most likely due to sheer practice in a cyclic need to regulate them.
Men are more emotional as they have no such practice and are expected by society to be emotionless automatons. So they have no emotional outlet either.
If you need evidence just look at any horny male on here and their single minded desperation to breed.
