what do you like about your gender and what do you hate about it

I like: not having to worry about pregnancy, less pressure to have a perfect appearance and simpler self-care, less attention on me than women get

I don't like: high societal expectations of work, income, physical strength, sexual prowess (especially as an asexual man), that male emotional problems are supposed to be concealed and society still doesn't know how to deal with them adequately

I like how being a woman means I can get pregnant, be pregnant, and then birth and nurture my children.

I dislike how my gender can be hypocritical and judgemental.

Since being circumcized at birth is strictly forbidden for females, I think the trauma of circumcision at birth has haunted many a young male. 14% of the time this practice is actually gender assignment. For me that was the case so. Though life may be easier for girls the first moments of life are worse for boys. I had asthma for the first 12 years of my life because of the wind knocked out of me when they just kept cutting; I was born with both, but I'll never actually see it.

Men def have it easier but being a girl has it's perks. 😛

I think it’s nice not having scratchy beard hair keep showing up.

But ugh… cramps 😭

Dont have to ask help for anything. No complicated makeup and beauty products.

Dont get attention or validation simply for being pretty lol

What I like about being a male is that my crotch isn't a Niagra Falls of blood every month.

What I dislike, in the case of a ship going down I can't scramble out climbing over babies like the coward I am 😂

I hate being a girl because of periods' pregnancy and having unrealistic society beauty standards forced on us. But I do like having a wider variety of shoes and clothing to choose from.

We can't care without a society! I remember back when we had one! It's too communist fer y'all.

Real talk? I’m grateful that society is more forgiving of my financial situation than they’d be if I was a guy

I dislike.. well… that’s a very long list.. heh I suppose what I dislike most is having to regularly prove to others that I deserve to be there as opposed to the abandon of guys who have to screw up royally for their validity/position to be questioned.
