Neanderthals had bigger brains than modern humans
They also placed flowers on the graves of their loved ones. They weren't as barbaric as they're made out to be I think. 🤔

They had slightly (less than 5%) smaller brains, but a much larger proportion was dedicated to vision and movement. Humans evolved a larger cerebellum, giving them more complex social and cognitive functions, so they figured out how to eradicate Neanderthals. Don't know if they buried them or left flowers on their graves.
