I'd go to the local RV dealer and lift a 33' diesel pusher, get a hand crank pump to raid the truck stop tanks, raid oxygen supply stores for tanks, pharmacies for meds I need, and gun stores for ammo for my weapons, as well as stores for food and supplies, then drive straight for the Oregon coast.

@NativePortlander1970 They do have 12v electric high volume transfer pumps. Save you a lot of time and effort.
