What does he burn in it and how much of the smoke comes to you?
I can smell smoke constantly since September until April because people heat with wood stoves. In summer it's mostly from the barbecues in the woods so wood smoke is a natural thing to me. I don't say it's harmless but it only seems like a problem to me if people burn all kinds of junk, plastic and electronics or if I'm exposed to very high concentration of it. That being said, it's definitely a big problem if you can see it and it's blown directly into your face on a daily basis.

@CrazyMusicLover it comes in our windows...pretty sure it's only wood he's burning and we're pretty close in proximity so the smell gets in too

@Lilymoon That sounds frustrating. If you have hangings or curtains, can you smell the smoke from them?

@CrazyMusicLover yep

@Lilymoon That is not okay then.
