Why do people cyberbully?

I haven't been on here that long, but I've already come to the conclusion that SW would be a much better site without those who are racist, hateful, snide, or on here for no other reason than to harass others. Unfortunately there is only a block button and not a nuking device.

It happens because nobody suffers any physical consequences for anything they say on the internet. So when a racist, religious bigot, or homophobe realizes this, they say all the disgusting stuff they can't say in the real world.
