It's kinda sad to see how my assistant has changed since she's started working here 😟

I remember when Bryanna first began as my assistant, she was very bumbly and upbeat. Always went about with a happy-go-lucky attitude. I remember when she learned I had a wife, she was all overjoyed since she's a lesbian and went on about how it's great to work with other LGBT people. It was a little annoying, tbh. 😅 Now, Bryanna does still have a pleasant demeanor, but she's nowhere near as cheery as she used to be. I'd like to think that she just winded it down a bit, but I think this job kinda broke that about her. Just like me when I first started working here, she's had to put up with a lot of crap. People being rude and unprofessional, to the point where it's brought her to tears. ☹️ If not that, just the stress of us getting a crapton of mail and other shit we have to deal with at times that can really take its toll on one's mental well-being. I can say that working here for as long as I have has definitely changed my attitude over time and has left its mark on my mental health as well. I guess it's just sad to see it happen to someone else, especially when Bryanna seemed like a totally different person from before, in such a short time too. 😔
