Probably too early in the morning for this but ..

If one gets a brain transplant, would they wake up to be who there were before or would they be the one they got the brain from?
In other words , is our brain
our sole ,
our personality,
all we are?

Good morning btw, here is some coffee ☕️🤗

There is that thing called body memory. A friend of mine had a liver transplant and during her time in hospital she made friends with another woman who had a kidney transplant. The other woman has great difficulty because when she looks in the mirror she sees a very ugly man staring back at her. The kidney she received was from a deceased male. My friend's new liver came from a woman and she has had no such problem.

@Niloo Adding a bit: I heard someone on the radio talking about body memory as well. He said he hated mac and cheese. Absolutely loathed it. Made him gag to even try to swallow it. He had an organ transplant and woke up wanting to eat mac and cheese. He tried it and found out that he liked it. He then found out that organ donor absolutely loved mac and cheese.
