How many paid sick days does your employer give you?

We get 12 hrs a month. But I've been here forever ('cause I'm old) so I have over 1,800 hours banked. So I transfer the sick to vacation. :)

@Lilymoon Yep. The conversion is pretty weak (12 hrs sick to 4 hrs vac) but you can. Since I have so much sick I do.
