How many paid sick days does your employer give you?

I get 4 hours per a pay period which is every 2 weeks. Our accrues and carries over each year. I think 104 hours a year. I have over 800 hours built up. But max is 720 so I get a nice pay out of a quarter of those excess hours and then rest goes in a retirement account to leave early
