How many paid sick days does your employer give you?

We earn 1 a month and can bank them indefinitely. I currently have more sick days than holidays left.

@Lilymoon it's basically how our company pays out short term disability. They do it so that if I were to break a leg or something I would get full pay longer before insurance kicks in.
