Fast isn’t healthy
Eat high protein, get lots of fruit and vegetables, avoid processed foods and soda and anything else with high fructose corn syrup, and find what you like, create a routine of only buying things that are acceptable within those lines and you will steadily become more healthy, pair with exercise to lose weight effectively

@th3r0n I just got my bloodwork results back and I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for three months. My doctor was STUNNED at how perfect all of my levels were. I told her I was doing 20 hour fasting 4-5 days a week. She said she wished more of her patients did fasting. Cholesterol for the first time EVER was in the perfect zone, my insulin resistance GONE (I was heading towards a pre-diabetic condition). Studies are finding that certain cancers can be avoided through fasting. Patients who fast before having chemo done find that the chemo drugs do not attack healthy cells. Fasting, done correctly, is very healthy.
