I Am Fascinated By Human Behavior

I have been studying human behavior and working in the field for a long time. Do most people who go into this work do so because they themselves have had difficult experiences? For me, not consciously, but probably.

I believe most people go in human studies because of their experiences and they want to help others because of it. A lot of times we realize and it forces us to fix ourselves before we can effectively help others. But we all are a work in progress and at different maturity levels. But as a whole we need more people in this world helping others because we live in a world of people who are hurting and need help to work through difficulties in life.
