I Am Fascinated By Human Behavior

I just quarrelled on phone with someone randomly calling to complain or ask for maintenance of a property she rented from my office. She called to scold, i said it s not related to my division, etc. She yelled: the pipes hv problem, why should i call the rental division? I yelled back: they rented it to u, of course u find them back

O well i d better not answer any phone calls, i would give trouble to my office.
