I Am Fascinated By Human Behavior

Why do some parents, especially dads, get even madder when their child cries after the parent has yelled at them? Of course not all parents do this but I saw it a lot when I was growing up. Maybe it's just scapegoating and the child is crying and showing weakness.

Well it's the same as like someone shouting at someone to do a better job, and then getting madder when they do the job worse. Shouting makes everything worse, but people always think it's a show of power...and power = getting what you want/making what you want happen.

No idea. When you mentioned you asked a question about this, I had to check it out. It's usually dads who do that crap.
