I mean... that beauty standard stuff people have been hit with has already been happening eons before AI... so yeah? maybe?

I'm more concerned with the westernised ideal of beauty being imposed on other, traditional ethnic ideas of beauty. If you look at a lot of AI images of ethnic women (and men), whether it be Asian, African, whatever, eyes are widened, noses are slimmed, lips sculpted, skin lightened, all to fit a generic western ideal of beauty. It's a form of eugenics, manipulated by AI and it's extremely dangerous.
We all still look like aging tree sloths regardless i think. lol. it's fine.

I believe that actual personality will unfortunately matter less and less. It was and is always about the looks, anyway.
Even money will not matter, only if the looks are there. It takes money to have the looks.
This will take millennium to change, if even the attempt is made. Human nature has been historically horrendous. Even with the few that had the looks.
Only the fact that time can go forward is a redeeming factor to the cyclical ugliness of human nature.
So most will call me cynical or a pessimist! History still proves me right.

Yes, but nobody’s flawless, expecting that is just unrealistic.

I ignore Al cause it is driving people nuts.

Potentially, yes. But it would be so foolish to be caught up in that illusion, because all it will lead to is frustration and loneliness.
PerfectionOfTheHeart · 46-50, F
Nah. It doesn’t go that deep. Or at least shouldn’t.
