SatanBurger You couldn't do this in California. You would have a trespassing case so fast it would blind you. And quickly won! No publicity seen. I've seen it happen.
You could take it to court. You could put a lean on their house or property. Yet you just can not trespass on to others property to do anything.
Ever hear of stand your ground cases in other states? They can literally shoot you. You are on their property threatening. About what? It doesn't matter!
BTW there are whole security agencies here they could have hired to prevent this! Even surveillance companies to prevent this.
These trespassing laws is how they make their money.
BTW private property is not on public property! Your car is on public property. That is how repossession works!
They literally can't take your car off your own property either. They can on a public street. And due to public access laws even your driveway. No where else.
You can walk up to someone's door to knock, yet you can't go into their back yard. Fence or no fence. There's no public access laws to your back yard.
Your actual land is inviolable. You can't violate it without a judges order. And why ICE breaking into anyones home is as well illegal without a judges warrant.
Unfortunately ICE are wrongly using reasonable suspicion laws in that case.
