Some judges are still good in this world.

Ice agents grabbed a man and left his young children sitting at a restaurant table after a construction shift. The judge's verdict which resulted in a wrongful arrest. Ice agents didn't verify the ID of the man and simply profiled him because he had similar clothes to the person they were looking for. The judge ruled that a similar shirt did not warrant imprisonment.

This is also why ice agents are taking people across state lines, also stated in the news, they do this to skirt around state laws. If they feel like they want to deport you, they can take you over state lines to skip a trial. This is how ice is skirting around the law.

But I'm glad this didn't happen to that man and also shame on those ice agents for leaving those two children there. One day they are going to arrest a lawful immigrant and their children will die if a young baby is left at home. Period.
