I hope you are right. The Animal Rights activists have stopped eating meat.
If we can get them to stop eating plants, out problems will be solved.

I think it's uncertain whether plants are screaming in expression of pain or fear - or whether it's just a purely physical phenomenon as various molecules evaporate out of exposed sap and the sap rushes to try and seal the hole in the plant.
But you're right, if one's diet is determined by purely ethical concerns it should encompass everything not just animals

Is this phenomena similar to wound healing?

@TheOrionbeltseeker I'm not a biologist but if you cut into a tree for example sap rushes (well, oozes) to the wound and plugs the gap and stops infection getting into the heart of the tree, so yes practically it is the same.
IDK if eg the milky-white sap you get from a lettuce if you pick a leaf is there to heal the wound or not though.

So if I have to chose between a spider plant and you, the spider plant has equal rights to you?

Plants reseed and grow. Animals dont
TheOrionbeltseeker · 36-40, M
@Gangstress old plants die. Animals put their seeds in other animals and they grow.
