Have they since stopped manufacturing those wafer things in China, Ireland and Israel? Have they stopped doing their testing in Malaysia, China, Costa Rica and Vietnam?

It appears as though this 2017 announcement was for the completion of a factory they’d already started building in 2011. They deferred usage for several years, because they were able to leverage an existing factory in Arizona. This sounds like the course of a normal business plan that had nothing to do with who was sitting in the White House.
