@ABCDEF7 yet psychology teaches us that repressing or suppressing anger leads to anxiety, depression and low self esteem. Letting it out in a healthy way is much better.
@ABCDEF7 I'm sorry, but I disagree. Accept that you will inevitably feel angry. It's part of life. It's like saying you'll never feel anxious again. It's not sustainable. We all are entitled to our emotions.
@basilfawlty89 Did I sounded like you will never get angry? And that's why I said to never hold on to anger? When you never get angry, what is the need to tell not to hold on to anger?
Or do you want to say we should not work on ourselves, so we don't get angry?
