What’s the hardest part for you?

Getting started is the hardest, the next hardest is continuing once I have figured out how it's to be done because then the rest is just work.

@ninalanyon so can you pass it on?
ninalanyon · 61-69, T
@Mathstutor To whom? Who has the interest, the knowledge, and the skill to complete my projects?

@ninalanyon Ah, so only you?

@ninalanyon so you just don’t like work?

@Mathstutor Working out what the solution is and describing the implementation are the interesting parts of a project. The nitty gritty of actually doing it is less so :-) The first part is also hard work but it doesn't feel like a slog in the way that all the rest is.

@ninalanyon Yep. Once the brain sees the end it accepts it as done :) It's like those operating room scenes in movies where the chief surgeon pats him/herself on the back, takes a deep breath, takes off the rubber gloves and tells the assistants to finish it and sew the patient back up.
