man, why is quitting smoking so god damn hard?
i only smoked 9 cigarettes today thats half the normal amount ive smoked for the past 4 years... completely gagging for a smoke here... i feel like smoking 6 in a row

E-cigs bro. E-cigs. I smoked for 9 years, and got off easily with switching to e-cigs. I'd recommend and e-leaf bottom with a mello 2 topper.
