what would you think if someone said this to you?

so you were living abroad for 2 years and when you move back home your friend has turned into a total (sit in the house all day, smoke lots of weed & play video games) loser & when you ask them why they never want to go out for a drink or anything they say "sorry things cant go back to the way they were before"? and then they complain that they are bored and never do anything....... i mean wtf? get up off your lazy ass and do something.... i cut them off eventually and moved on with my life

It just means they don't want to hang out with you anymore. It doesn't make him lazy, he probably just wants a friend that doesn't go away for 2 years and expect to hang as soon as they get back home.

we were really good friends since i was 15 thats like 12 years ive known him.... on top of that he got really pissed off when i told him i was moving away again and now he wont speak to me on skype at all... i mean whats with that?... i have a life to be getting on with too

@TheCoolestCat: Well he must of thought you were a good friend and didn't want you to leave. You answered the question just there. You have a life and you chose not to have him in it. He's moved on. If my best friend moved away and she came back to years later and wanted to hang, I wouldn't.
