I'm going to shamelessly ask for you help...

I, and @foldedunfolding (and many others) support what we believe to be one of the most worthwhile organizations in the world... Charity Water. I've lived in places where potable water was scarce and know for a fact their work is saving lives... if you have a moment, take a look, and if you can, help the Spring help others:

I'm aware of this need. It's not just 'water' that is needed, but potable water.
Here's a contact to a man who's been involved in a similar quest to help humanity.
I suggest you talk with John directly rather than just rely on the website info.

@JollyRoger I don't disagree with talking to people and not just looking at a website. I thoroughly checked them out to see if they were legit and they stay in contact with those who support their project plus encourage supporters to communicate with them.

Still, talking to others never hurts.

Just be aware, that others will pump their organization up while talking negatively about others... not all of them but some.

@Ontheroad In this case, I know a bit about their work. My nephew works directly for John. It's legit and John has a history of humanitarian interests that spans back over 50 years. By all means..... do your research and good luck.
