@ButterRobot yeah- let’s go ahead and say it’s 10-fold bc there are lots of ppl that do a good job and make sacrifices and their employers and coworkers abuse that kindness. That or they just expect you to do it every time for the same pay and treatment. It’s nice that you’re surrounded by people that recognize and care about you in the workplace. This is rare - a lot of environments these days are competitive and cutthroat.
