Are you familiar with Paxan ( paroxetine)

I have been taking this anti depressant for more than 5 years now and it is really messing me up , feeling no down all the time , anger issues, and rampant depression. The doctor here said that I shouldn’t get off it , do I need to seek a second ( 4th ) opinion ?
