Hi ! I’m anxious! - I’ve been trying to do deep breathing but it still feels like my heart is going to fly out of my chest!

Any more suggestions on how to calm down?.... I just got hired for a new job. As exciting as it is I’m afraid of messing up on my first day. I’m afraid of enjoying it in case they have to close, therefore I’ll have to feel disappointment. I’m concerned that the sleep I’m not getting being afraid is going to screw me up. I miss talking to my therapist, but his schedule doesn’t match with mine at this time. I really want to calm down... Any suggestions besides deep breathing to calm down???

Hibiscus tea and chamomile tea are great for calming down! You can also workout or go for a walk shortly before it's time to get ready for your shift!
