Do you take naps in the middle of the day ?

As of late yes, with my kitten Luna sleeping on me. Best way ever to nap 🥰

my sleep schedule doesnt allow naps but on the rare occasion the moons align and i get that 2 to 3 hour nap it's very satisfying unless it's the kind i wake up with a headache k bye
