People that are not in the bar and are performing an actual job have responsibilities. When you are, for instance, a safety manager at the workplace your job is to make sure that everyone wears his/her safteygear. That means that you not only say that people should wear there safety goggles and safety shoes but also have an exemplary function. If you go around the factory and say: "hey you should wear your satefy shoes, but if you don't want to then just continue what you are doing now. I'm not going to wear safetyshoes, but I have to tell you that it's better that you wear them for safety.". Then the safety-guy is not doing his job Budwick.
Like a couple of days ago, where the CDC (part of the governement btw) says: "we think it's better to wear a cloth in front of your mouth when you do go out", the head of executive branch goes: "Well my administration things this is best, but I'm not going to do it". Then you are not doing your job Budwick.
When the head of executive branch goes against his team of experts by having a "hunch" and promotes that "hunch" on national televions. Which causes people to follow that "hunch" because the leader of the country promotes it. That's not the place to do it.
He can say a lot of idiotic crap, just like you, in the bar. He can do it online, he can do it in the street. But not in function of his office... because then he's not doing his job. And just like the safety-guy in my example, can't appeal to "freedom of speech", because that would make him even more stupid Budwick.
