Absolutely. I call it "situational awareness" and I do it ALL the time on a multitude of levels.

I feel it's a great skill to have and if they taught it in schools it would change society for the better.

@JustLikeGreta And what do YOU think of mindfulness? Do you feel that you've always practiced it on some level? Do you feel that you want to explore it further?

@JustLikeGreta Start by planning your mindfulness when you go out shopping. Before you know it - it becomes habit forming and you'll be paying attention to everything from building layout and location of store exits, to how the use of certain words can affect how people (like store clerks) react to you. Next thing you know - you're doing it all the time with everything. Including your SW posts. :)
