If somebody is intellectually challenged, and they use the N*gger word

Who deserves to get hit 🤔 the parents for not teaching him manners or the person who said it. 2019, Stop pulling the "retarded card" im tired of it. I dont pull the race card, i actually own up to my mistakes but we gotta stop this because when it comes to racial slurs, im not having it from anybody.

REGARDLESS of the intent of the person who uses a particular slur, offense takes place in the head of the offended.

I can use the word "gook" to two different people without explaining what I mean. One will be offended. One won't. Why? Maybe because one is of Asian descent, and the other understands the context (say, as when I'm cleaning the greasy GOOK out of my grill).

@Theseus So whats gonna happend if we teach our kids this in the future. That if you get offended, its basically your fault. If your dog dies, dont cry because its your fault for showing any emotions.

@Theseus When you use the n*gger word, its never on accident... he didnt use it in a way where he was using it as an example. you dont ever say n*gger. Its know as the N word for a reason. HELLO!!!

For as long as I’ve known, “nigga” isn’t the same as “n*gger”. N*gger is a whiteman’s Term. African Americans just created their own slang Theseus]
