I NEED SOMEONE CANADIAN TO HELP ME DIAL 9-1-1
My friend is planning to commit suicide in his apartment right now, and we need to call 9-11 to intervene, but I can't call because I'm not locally based in Canada.
He has just moved to Montreal, been trying to reach people who knew him to call, but I'm not getting through.
He's in Montreal, I'm in Singapore. We need someone to help...
If you're Canadian, and willing to make the call, please message me....
I don't know how long can we buy time... And obviously it doesn't look trustworthy for me to post here, but if you have any links or numbers I can call, please help.
[b]UPDATE: [/b][i]I previously managed to call 514-280-0111, they asked me to call 9-1-1 which I can't obviously call. But they managed to follow up and the cops came over. They're bringing him to the hospital for a check up. (News from his wife, who's also helplessly in Singapore)
