That’s how I quit. I vaped for a couple years and slowly stepped down how much nicotine was in the juice. 5 years and counting since cigarettes, and like 2 years since vaping now

You have to be consistent though! The first two weeks after cigs is a bitch...push through and don’t give in! @Zaphod42
