Do you get phone calls from bill collectors?

WTF am I supposed to do when I have no money? It's medical bills. A day in the hospital is almost $10,000 and I don't have it. I tried paying them monthly but to them it wasn't enough and they sent my bills to collections anyway. I HATE AMERICA.

I am just 100% real with bill collectors. When they call asking for money, I explain my situation and just say "What do you want me to do in my current situation? I can barely put food on the table but you expect me to send you $100 a month?? I can send you $30 a month and that's all I can spare, Take it or leave it." 9 times out of 10, they will accept the lower payment. If they don't, oh well, I guess I'm going to collections anyway.

@DearAmbellina2113 I don't answer. They can kiss my ass honestly they've misdiagnosed me the past two times I've been and almost killed my son when he was one because of their negligence.
