Lie flat on your back (if you can) & try to relax you’re whole body. Start at your feet & work your way up tensing each muscle for a few seconds then releasing. Obviously go easy with your back muscles. But if you do it right you’ll be super relaxed after & should easily fall asleep.
If it’s too sore for the above then muscle relaxants are a better option.
