We had heavier rains up here in Chicago but otherwise the hurricane didn't really get us because we're so far inland.

@BlueMetalChick We've been getting heavy rains in DC but it's been raining all summer. It's been one of the rainiest summers here. So I don't know if it matters.

@flipper1966 Yeah, us too. Had some minor flooding a couple months ago.
