What do you do to relax?
I drink a lot of water when I'm stressed. It's my go-to for backing away from a problem and slowly breaking it down to make it manageable 👍

@Serendipitylife I love to hike...unfortunately I can no longer do that like I used to because of physical impairments, but I still like to get out and be surrounded by nature.

See that is all that counts. I cant go like I used to but I still enjoy what I can. Love meeting others who enjoy the cool little things in life. Good to meet you
