@Harriet03 It's never been that good. Raised by narcissistic parents. Terrible inner critic. Also attract many men that reinforce my negative beliefs

@SW-User I have one egocentric all about him narcissistic father... God he hated us getting praise and hated the bond I have with my brothers. And if we excelled in anything he took the credit... it rips your self esteem to bits...
How I help my self I learnt piano and I play voluntary for the elderly residents on Sundays. It really helps my confidence knowing I'm doing good for others. Your self esteem does rise when you help others. I had one of those parents... you poor thing having two.
