Guilt is the most useless emotion.
I'm usually pretty good at handling anything--I've had a lot of practice--but anger gets the better of me from time to time. Mainly only in rare, specific circumstances, but it's the most difficult one, for me.

@Tatsumi Well, I had this dream I was in the ss, where every morning they'd line up 10 or so prisoners and we new guards had the job of walking up the line and shooting each of the prisoners in the back of the head. Now, as a NAZI in the dream I felt nothing. BUT!!!!!!! When I woke up I felt guilty because I had shot those people. I'd murdered a bunch of innocent folk. The foundations of guilt are in alot of cases compassion. As a NAZI I lacked compassion, as me I'm the opposite and so I felt guilt.
