I go with finite because it's more fun.

Oh. I see. I thought you meant infinite as in the universe is static and neither expands nor contracts. Sorry

Well I hope we live until the point where they figure out just what shape the universe takes. Also, I apologise for not being so good at science :(

I believe that space is infinite but our universe is finite, also there are more universes out there.

I reckon it's probably a 4-or-more-dimensional shape. Finite, but impossible for us 3D beings to comprehend. In the way the surface of a sphere might seem infinite to a 2D being. Another big question I find myself pondering quite a lot: Is the universe even there anymore? Every star in the night sky could have winked out in the last 4-13.3 billion years and we still wouldn't know it.

I understand where you're coming from. I say unbounded simply because of how I imagine the universe to be. Although in reality I am slightly torn between the two. I mean, I always picture it expanding into nothingness, but I always question how that nothingness exists and what it would be. If the universe was bounded, it would probably make more sense, which is another aspect of things to consider

I think finite, because being infinite disallows for the discoveries that the universe is expanding/shrinking (I don't know what state they're on now though)

infinite is kinda scaring... at some point every piece of matter will be drifted to far away from each other that it all literally becomes lost in space

OK, that's the theory/hypothesis I'm ascribing to now. It answers up all the things I was torn about, and makes a lot of sense to me

So it would just be expanding into itself? I'm intrigued by this concept now

Oh. Then I'd probably say unbounded
