How do I NOT waste time on YouTube after returning home from work?

The best thing to do is push out any thoughts that say, "Why don't we watch youtube?" Literally refocus on something else, think about something else immediately. The more you think about YouTube the more likely you will convince yourself to go back to good old YouTube.
